Full-time Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Record adjustments accurately.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Handle sales tax calculations.
  • Organize subcontractor 1099 and other year-end requirements.
  • Prepare individual and business tax returns.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Have completed at least one tax season.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Exhibit the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Work well under pressure, especially during deadlines.
  • Experience with UltraTax & QuickBooks Online is a plus.
